True fact: I owned this doll.
Yeah, it’s definitely a doll. There’s no way to pretend this is an action figure or anything else as acceptable as that. And yes, it is Donny Wahlberg, of New Kids on the Block ‘fame’. And yes, he does have both an earring and a real hair ponytail.
True fact: that’s a rat tail, not a ponytail.
Another true fact: In 4th grade, a boy with a (curly) rat tail threw up on my arm during class. He later told me that he’d made himself throw up because he was getting in trouble by the teacher and did it as a distraction tactic. So, that’s my association with rat tails.
