Me and Neti Pot: before and after!

The drainage wasn’t the gobs of mucus I thought it’d be! It was more like being outside on a winter day when your nose drips a little. It made me feel kinda dizzy while I did it and at one point I felt like when a wave knocks you over at the beach and gets in your throat. But it was worth it because I already feel like I can breathe so clearly! And my headache is fading!
