Today mom decided to get all new floors downstairs. YES! Oh my god yes. They’re being installed Saturday. Which means that I have to 1) keep Dottie off the carpets/hard wood for three days and 2) put away small things and anything fragile downstrairs.

The second party kind of stinks since I feel like I just put away all the stuff from when the kitchen was redone! And I have one week to do it before Andy and friends come!

BUT! While I was going through a basket of old crap I found a card for me with $10 in it and a check from my McDonald’s stock for $1.80! Dated January 2001.
